CMA-HS Carbon Fiber Wrap
Model: CMA-HS Carbon Fiber Wrap
CMA-HS Carbon Fiber Wrap is a high strengths, unidirectional, CFRP fabric engineered for the structural strengthening of concrete, masonry, and timber elements. With exceptional tensile strength, high elastic modulus, and predictable strain behavior, CMA-HS Carbon Fiber Wrap is designed for both engineered FRP strengthening projects and contractor-installed applications such as bowed wall stabilization and flexural reinforcement. CMA-HS Carbon Fiber Wrap bonds externally to structural members using CMA-330 Structural Epoxy Resin, forming a composite system that significantly increases load capacity, flexural performance, shear resistance, and crack control. Approved for use in commercial, industrial, municipal, and residential structural reinforcement projects. Multifunctional fabric for use in many different strengthening applications Flexible and accommodating of different surface planes and geometry (beams, columns, chimneys, piles, walls, soffits, silos etc. Low density for minimal additional weight
Key Features
- High-Strength Unidirectional Reinforcement : unidirectional carbon fiber designed for flexural strengthening, wall reinforcement, and structural concrete repair.
- Lightweight, Low-Profile Installation : Adds significant strength without adding weight or altering the existing structure. Ideal for retrofit applications.
- Corrosion-Proof Composite System : Carbon fiber and epoxy system will not rust or deteriorate, even in harsh environments. Compatible with CMA-330 Epoxy Resin. Engineered for proper wet-out, bond performance, and reliable long-term adhesion.
- Fast Installation with Minimal Downtime : Applies easily to vertical, horizontal, and overhead surfaces, reducing labor and project delays.
- Uniform Fiber Architecture : Consistent fiber orientation for predictable tensile performance and reliable structural reinforcement.

Structural Strengthening
Increase flexural capacity of beams, slabs, and joists
Strengthen elevated decks, parking structures, and framing members
Reinforce roof systems and deteriorated concrete elements
Shear & Crack Control
Provide supplemental shear resistance on beams and joists
Limit crack propagation in concrete or masonry
Stabilize surfaces before overlays or repair materials
Foundation & Wall Reinforcement
Stabilize bowing or inward-deflecting foundation walls
Provide vertical or horizontal reinforcement for load resistance
Strengthen retaining walls and basement walls
Column & Pier Strengthening
Unidirectional wrapping for column, pier, and pilaster flexural enhancement
Use with bidirectional fabric for confinement and shear strengthening
Rehabilitation & Restoration
Extend service life of aging or deteriorated concrete structures
Strengthen corroded, cracked, or repair-damaged members
Reinforce structures for change-of-use or added loading
